By accessing or using CWVS (Chris Wilson Vehicle Services), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CWVS offers vehicle transport, vehicle sales, and scrap vehicle collection services within the United Kingdom. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting a quote or booking request.
You must not misuse our services or submit fraudulent information.
You are responsible for ensuring vehicles are accessible and legally owned by you or with permission.

4. Payment Terms

Prices for transport services are calculated based on distance and confirmed before booking. Scrap car valuations may change based on vehicle condition upon collection. Any outstanding charges must be paid before service completion.

5. Vehicle Collection Terms

Vehicles must not be filled with waste or used as skips.
We reserve the right to cancel collection if the vehicle is inaccessible, unsafe, or not as described.

6. Account and Verification

You must verify your email when signing up for an account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that appear inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of our terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
