1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CWVS (Chris Wilson Vehicle Services), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Role of CWVS

CWVS acts solely as a booking and coordination platform between customers and independent transport operators. We do not provide transport services directly and we do not act as an introducer. All arrangements are made on behalf of the customer, and CWVS takes no responsibility for the execution or quality of the transport service itself.

3. Services Provided

CWVS enables customers to request vehicle transport within the United Kingdom. We handle booking logistics and communication between parties. Final execution of the transport is the responsibility of the independent operator assigned to the job.

4. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting a quote or booking request.
You must not misuse our services or submit fraudulent information.
You are responsible for ensuring vehicles are accessible and legally owned by you or that you have permission from the owner.

5. Payment Terms

Prices for transport services are quoted to you after receiving and confirming bids from our operators. A non-refundable arrangement fee is included in the final customer price. Full payment must be made prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Booking & Cancellation

Once a job is accepted and payment is made, the booking is confirmed.
Cancellations made by the customer may be subject to fees, especially if the operator has incurred costs.
CWVS reserves the right to cancel or reject bookings in case of non-payment or incorrect details.

7. Limitation of Liability

CWVS is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from the transport service. The independent operator is solely responsible for service execution. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the arrangement fee paid to us.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the new terms.
